Pain to Art

Photo by Evelyn Chong on Pexels.com

Pain is a friend

suffering the inspiration

attachments, familiar, toxic

it seeps into the core

that is how great art is birthed

the most profound, touching work

emerged from tragedy

submerged in agony

exposed through art

for art is pain’s medium

inspiration on canvas

Pain is part of life

but we don’t have to live there

we only reminisce

through words, paint, music, or creations

Enough is NEVER Enough for The Ungrateful

Photo by Bruno Cantuu00e1ria on Pexels.com

In the mirror

In the neighbor

In the next door

In the next thing

In the morning

In the night

In the wind

In the storm

In the light

In the dark

Happiness

Is an inside job

You could have it all

You could have enough

You could have more than enough

Yet never enough

Yet still want

always looking, never finding

Never knowing, the present is the only constant

but for some NEVER Enough

Check Point

Lost and Found

looked around

looked sideways

gazed to the heavens

envisioned down under

blindness surrounded

eyes wide open

clockwise, counter-clockwise

reflections, projections, observations

dimensions, creations, obsessions

closed my eyes

trusted the journey

looked within

there I am

I am awareness

acceptance

in our own way

each of us is

The Power of Worlds The Power of Words

Photo by Jeffrey Czum on Pexels.com

Superficial words

can be sticks with folds

the stones that cast

at best a past

that is brought to the present

to harm the unborn cresent

but if you don’t swim deep

what would you keep?

would you be able to see?

if you are always protective

and always neglecting

what would you be?

vulnerability is like this

you birth

expose

regress

progress

fall

rise

live

die

until one day

you think no more

you choose to exist

flaws included

and that is all
