Every time I climb a hill
I conquer a hill
but if I climb mountains
do I conquer mountains?
what stands between me
the hills and the mountains?
nothing
so climb
journey

Every time I climb a hill
I conquer a hill
but if I climb mountains
do I conquer mountains?
what stands between me
the hills and the mountains?
nothing
so climb
journey

denial
anger
bargaining
depression
acceptance
the stages of grief
the states of life experience
everyone experiences
in no particular order
over and over for some
the longer you meddle in each
the longer the moment per stage
to heal is to know
life is always a moment
of anger to forgiveness
bargaining to acceptance
depression to happiness
acceptance to being in the present
duality of the journey
we call life

Beginnings are endings
and endings are beginnings
on a Monday
First of the week
First of the month
on a New Year Resolution
Who is to say
When your beginning starts?
When every day
is a new day to start
or a new day to continue

looked around
looked sideways
gazed to the heavens
envisioned down under
blindness surrounded
eyes wide open
clockwise, counter-clockwise
reflections, projections, observations
dimensions, creations, obsessions
closed my eyes
trusted the journey
looked within
there I am
I am awareness
acceptance
in our own way
each of us is

We only live more than once
if you live your life well
you only need to live once
but you live many times
every time life transitions
you lose a little life
you gain a little life
you only live more than once
in many forms, if you choose wisdom
you live well, many times over

I draw Your image today a mountain tomorrow the sea a flower topped by a bumble bee. How is it that some have never seen You when I see the Divine in all even that which I do not see?
Drawing God — Source of Inspiration

The past holds clues
Perhaps a different view
History repeats itself
and if we are willing to
silence, listen, feel, touch, see, taste, smell, submerge
we may learn, heal, feel, and emerge
Perhaps a different view
The past holds clues
Nirvana
Seasons change

spring to fall
summer to winter
nothing is temporary
Not even your struggles
learn from the trees
the wise old mothers
let the dead leaves go
and the new ones will grow

A tiny mustard seed
Blossoms into a tree
that produces life
healing, nourishing
purifying air
providing oxygen
decomposing
fertilizing
procreating
multiplying
feeding
the rain comes
the winds blow
but still, it grows
to form one tree
that came
from a tiny seed
who are you?
to limit me
who am I?
to limit myself
